Development of new products is possible with flame-retardant processing technology using "non-halogen"! *Case studies available.

Compared to general silk screen printing flame retardant processing, CO2 emissions during disposal and incineration are reduced by about 80%! We are currently seeking collaboration requests for product development of flame retardant processing.

We have successfully developed a flame retardant using "halogen-free" technology that resolves issues associated with halogen-containing flame retardants (bromine compounds). This is an environmentally friendly flame retardant processing technology that could not be achieved with conventional silk screen printing. 【Features】 - Average CO2 reduction of 69.8% for pongee (fabric for banners) and 88.1% for tropical (fabric for large banners). - Certification for flame retardant products obtained from the Japan Flame Retardant Association, meeting standards. - Uses a flame retardant that binds easily with carbon, rather than one that emits CO2 during disposal and incineration. - Resolves issues related to flame retardants containing antimony trioxide through the development of antimony-free flame retardants. - Addresses issues related to nonylphenol ethers with flame retardants that are free from nonylphenol ethers. *Changes in CO2 emissions when our flame retardant processing is applied compared to conventional halogen-based flame retardants are also documented in a PDF.
